We’re launching a modern, connected, and simplified experience to support every stage of your Kappa journey.
MyKappa will be your one-stop access point for all Kappa’s digital resources. Powered by Salesforce, it combines the functionality of the tools you’ve been using and streamlines them into one platform designed to simplify how you work and engage with Kappa.

MyKappa will deliver real, practical improvements to how you interact with Kappa:
- Streamlined processes: You’ll access everything you need without logging in to multiple systems, eliminating unnecessary steps and workarounds.
- Stronger connections: A personalized dashboard will keep you informed and engaged with your network in one centralized place.
- Simpler payments: Dues collection and financial transactions will be faster and easier for members, alumnae associations, and chapters.
- Clearer preference management: You can easily control how you engage with Kappa and how we reach you.


why it matters
We are transforming our digital environment to better serve how our members experience Kappa now and into the future.
Members have asked for tools that are easier to use, less fragmented, and better aligned with how they interact with Kappa. We’re removing barriers and simplifying how you engage with Kappa, building a foundation that will serve Kappa for years to come.
the details
There will be temporary, planned disruptions and changes to how processes work during this transformation.
There will be planned downtime from June 18 to the week of July 20 when some systems are temporarily offline for migration. Members will experience temporary access limitations to some resources during the transition period.
For leaders and volunteers coordinating during Convention, Recruitment, and early fall, this timing will require extra planning, attention, and flexibility from your team. We recognize that change takes time and adaptability. Know that we appreciate your patience, understanding, and partnership as we move through this transition together.


how we’ll get there
We’re rolling out MyKappa in phases to minimize disruption and deliver a smoother experience for everyone.
We’re starting with core, essential functionality such as updating your profile, references, alumnae association and chapter websites, and member status updates. Once the foundation is in place, we’ll continue adding new capabilities and enhanced experiences, building over time based on readiness, feedback, and what will add the most value. This phased approach supports a smoother transition for everyone.
Specific resources are available on how this will impact alumnae associations, chapters, advisers, House Boards, and Fraternity volunteers and staff.
