what’s changing
MyKappa will be your one stop for association management.
MyKappa will be your place to access all things Kappa, including managing your alumnae association. You will have access to:
- Association galley and dues-paying roster management, including updating member contact information and obituary notices.
- Officer roster management.
- Resource library.
- All-in-one annual per capita fees and alumnae association dues collection (coming August 2026).
- Association website management.
- Ability to send mass emails to dues-paying association members and all members in the association’s ZIP code radius.
We’ll continue adding new capabilities and enhanced experiences, building over time based on readiness, feedback, and what will add the most value.
how do I prepare
Your MyKappa Checklist
- Log in to the Kappa website and be sure your email is up to date so we can reach you. Please use a personal email that is not a passed-down association officer email. (Databases do not like shared emails!)
- Start your checklist. It includes information on what’s coming, what you can expect, and plans to help you prepare.
- Be ready by June 18. Much of our system, including KeyReports, will enter a freeze period starting June 18 through launch the week of July 20.
