MyKappa will be your one stop for chapter management.
MyKappa will be your place to access all things Kappa, including managing your chapter and Advisory Board. You will have access to:
- Roster management, including adding new members, updating member information, and membership status changes.
- Officer and Advisory Board roster management.
- Resource library.
- Completing and reviewing the completion of the Membership Commitment Statement.
- Easy access to Minerva for online courses.
- Chapter website management.
- Reference submissions for potential new members.
- Submitting Event Planning Forms.
- Chapter billing statement (available in August).
We’ll continue adding new capabilities and enhanced experiences, building over time based on readiness, feedback, and what will add the most value.
how do I prepare
Your MyKappa Checklist
- Log in to the Kappa website and be sure your email is up to date so we can reach you. Please use a personal email that is not a passed-down officer email. (Databases do not like shared emails!)
- Start your checklist. It includes information on what’s coming, what you can expect, and a plan to help you prepare.
- Be ready by June 18. Much of our system, including KeyReports, will enter a freeze period starting June 18 through launch the week of July 20.
