MyKappa will be your place to access all things Kappa, including managing your chapter and Advisory Board. You will have access to:

  • Roster management, including adding new members, updating member information, and membership status changes.  
  • Officer and Advisory Board roster management.
  • Resource library.  
  • Completing and reviewing the completion of the Membership Commitment Statement. 
  • Easy access to Minerva for online courses.  
  • Chapter website management. 
  • Reference submissions for potential new members.  
  • Submitting Event Planning Forms.  
  • Chapter billing statement (available in August). 

We’ll continue adding new capabilities and enhanced experiences, building over time based on readiness, feedback, and what will add the most value.

  • Log in to the Kappa website and be sure your email is up to date so we can reach you. Please use a personal email that is not a passed-down officer email. (Databases do not like shared emails!) 
  • Start your checklist. It includes information on what’s coming, what you can expect, and a plan to help you prepare.  
  • Be ready by June 18. Much of our system, including KeyReports, will enter a freeze period starting June 18 through launch the week of July 20.
