Do you see yourself making a difference as a Leadership Consultant? Are you ready to shape the future of Kappa? Want to travel and visit Kappa chapters across North America? That’s what we like to hear! The next step is to complete and submit your application, which includes:

• A cover letter detailing your qualifications and why you’re interested in the position. Please include a description of an experience in your collegiate career that has prepared you to be a Leadership Consultant.
• A resume, including permanent address.
• One professional reference letter. This should come from someone who can speak to your professionalism and work ethic, such as a professor or current/previous employer.
• One endorsement letter from a District Director, Content Director, Content Specialist, member of Fraternity Council, chapter adviser, standing or special committee chairman, or member of Kappa Headquarters staff.

Compile your cover letter and resume into one document and email it to us with “[Your Name] – Leadership Consultant” in the subject line.

Reference and endorsement letters should be sent directly to [email protected] with your name in the subject line. As the applicant, it’s your responsibility to ensure all materials are submitted before the deadline.
