Are you ready to shape the future of Kappa? That’s what we like to hear! The next step is to complete and submit your application, which includes:
- Cover letter outlining your qualifications, why you’re interested, and an experience in your collegiate career that has prepared you to be a Leadership Consultant.
- Resume.
- One professional reference letter from someone who can speak to your professionalism and work ethic, such as a professor or employer.
- One endorsement letter from a District Director, Content Director, Content Specialist, member of Fraternity Council, chapter adviser, standing or special committee chairman, or member of Kappa Headquarters staff.
Compile your cover letter and resume into one document and email it to us with “[Your Name] – Leadership Consultant” in the subject line.
