Jessica Rodgers

Jessica is returning to Kappa’s staff as a Senior Leadership Consultant. She is a 2024 graduate of Florida State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in sociology with a secondary major in women’s studies. Jessica served as the New Member Experience Director in her chapter and assisted in leadership and research courses on campus. She is passionate about building awareness and empowering others. When she’s not working, you can find her exploring new places, finding local thrift spots, grabbing a sweet treat, or spending time with the people she loves.

Anabelle Dillard

Anabelle is a 2025 graduate of Whitman College, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in history with a minor in psychology. During her time in Gamma Gamma Chapter, Anabelle served as Vice President Standards as well as Panhellenic Delegate. She was also involved in the speech and debate team and the theater department on campus. In her free time, Anabelle loves practicing Pilates, sewing, walking her dogs, and finding the best spots for a sweet treat.

Cat Chadwick

After growing up in Florida, Virginia and South Carolina, Cat graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in public health. She’s passionate about women’s roles in leadership and creating a space where every voice is heard. In her free time, Cat enjoys reading, going to the movies, visiting Disney parks, and playing games with her friends. A few of her favorite things include ice cream, “Survivor,” her nephews, Chappell Roan, and talking about bees!

Lauren Theisen

Lauren is a 2025 graduate of Drake University, where she double-majored in multimedia journalism and sociology. During her time in Gamma Theta Chapter, Lauren served as chapter President and Vice President Internal Affairs. During college, Lauren spent a lot of time in a newsroom where she was a news producer for WHO 13 News, the NBC affiliate in Des Moines, Iowa. In her free time, Lauren enjoys traveling, exploring new places; taking her dog, Scout, for long walks; and spending time with friends and family.

Mary Elizabeth Sherling

Mary Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Arts in political science from Auburn University in 2025. During her time in Epsilon Eta Chapter, she served as New Member Experience Director and chapter President. She also kept busy as an orientation counselor and a member of student government. Mary Elizabeth loves adventures, shopping, meeting new people, and all things Disney. She is very excited to continue connecting with Kappas!

Rowan Dawson

Rowan is from Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, and graduated from Butler University in 2025 with degrees in entrepreneurship and innovation, and marketing. During her time in Mu Chapter, she served as Vice President Membership and chapter President. Rowan is honored and excited to be part of this amazing team and to work with collegiate members and Kappa Headquarters staff to continue growing Kappa Kappa Gamma and providing women with an amazing experience — just as she had these past four years!

Sara Khouzam

Sara graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a major in psychology and double minors in Arabic and psychology of criminal justice on the pre-law track. Fun fact: She speaks three languages. During her time in Eta Lambda Chapter, Sara served as the Vice President External Affairs and chapter President. Sara is an Egyptian triplet. (She has two brothers and says, “Now you know why I needed a sorority in my life.”) She is so excited to work as an LC and to gain new life experiences.
