Meet Your Host
Kehinde Winful is an attorney and author. She joined Eta Lambda Chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma at Loyola University Chicago, where she graduated in 2016. When she isn’t working, Kehinde likes to try new coffee shops, paint, and spend time with friends and family.
About Flooding the River
The story is a captivating coming-of-age new adult fiction novel in which family drama and romance are woven into a rich tapestry of secrets, love, and unexpected twists.
As main character Lolah’s story unfolds, three individuals — Chi, Eni, and Nnamdi — shape her journey, sparking a love triangle that spans years and continents.
With love, resilience, and the bonds of family at its core, Flooding the River is a tale of redemption, forgiveness, and ultimately finding one’s place in the world.
