Get ready to bake up some fun with Sarah Copeland, Missouri, chef and founder of Edible Living. Sarah will lead us through a Galentine’s cookie decorating class, so gather your supplies, bring your creativity, and join us on Thursday, Feb. 6, at 8 p.m. ET. ABOUT SARAH COPELAND

Sarah Copeland is an award-winning author, tastemaker, and curator of good living. She’s the author of multiple cookbooks, including Instant Family Meals and The Newlywed Cookbook.
Sarah’s recipes, visuals, and words focus on whole-food ingredients and inspire an appetite for life. She’s a culinary school graduate, spent several years as a chef in New York City and Saint-Tropez, and is a certified holistic health educator.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
COOKIES (need for recipe):
– Small bag all-purpose or gluten-free flour (about 2 lb)
– Small bag light brown sugar (about 2 lb)
– Small bag confectioners’ sugar (about 2 lb)
– Fine sea salt
– Baking powder
– Unsalted butter (6 sticks)
– Eggs
– Small container egg whites or fresh eggs (3oz worth)
– Vanilla extract
– Ground ginger
– Ground cinnamon
– Ground cardamom
BAKING SUPPLIES (not all required, but helpful):
– Electric mixer (hand or stand)
– Mixing bowls (small and large)
– Whisk
– Spatula or wooden spoon
– Plastic wrap
– Rolling pin
– Measuring cups and spoons
– Baking sheets
– Parchment paper or silicone baking mats
– Cookie cutters (round and heart-shaped suggested)
– Cooling rack
DECORATING SUPPLIES (not required but helpful):
– Piping bags
– Piping tips
– Plastic squeeze bottles
– Toothpicks
– Gold leaf
– Sprinkles
– Rose petals
– Luster dust
– Food coloring
