Cooking With Kappa: Sweet Treats
Sweet treats and sisterhood? That’s a recipe for a good time! Join us on Monday, Nov. 9, at 8:00 p.m. ET / 6:00 p.m. MT for frosting, fun, and a little festive flair. This virtual cookie-decorating event is hosted by Ryn Scull, South Carolina, owner of Scull House Sweets. She’ll show us tips for designing festive treats and drop helpful hints for making the process simple and enjoyable (a win-win!).
Meet Your Host
Ryn Scull opened Scull House Sweets, a cottage bakery in Austin, Texas, in July 2020. She was seeking a creative outlet during the pandemic. Ryn is a full-time therapist and bakes in the evenings and on weekends. She especially loves to bake wedding cakes, cookies, and elaborate desserts to bring to celebrations for friends and family.
Ryn joined Kappa at the University of South Carolina and lived in the house her junior and senior years. She found great joy in the friendships formed there and the genuine sisterhood she experienced. She cannot imagine her college time without Kappa.
