Rose McGill Holiday Program Form

• Interest forms must be received by Aug. 21. Forms received after Aug. 21 may not be considered for participation in the Rose McGill Holiday Program.
• If you are chosen to participate, you will receive information about your recipient along with a list of preferred gift cards by the end of September.
• Kappa Headquarters must receive all gifts by Dec. 1.
• Please submit the Rose McGill Holiday Program Report by Dec. 1.
