Membership Request List Form - Kappa Kappa Gamma

OVERVIEW

Members may request membership lists for the purpose of conducting Fraternity business. The Kappa Kappa Gamma Fraternity Policies, Policy IX outlines the expectations for requesting membership lists and appropriate and inappropriate use of member data. Per the policy, Kappa Headquarters will review the request. Please allow up to two weeks processing time for review of this request.

If the request is approved, the member will receive a list with informal first name, maiden name, last name, email address and affiliated chapter in a spreadsheet format. Additional information such as mailing address, initiation year, graduation year, etc., must be specifically requested and will be considered based on the purpose of the request.

Any request for member data that is marketing in nature will only be provided to the list of members who have opted in to receive those types of messages. Any message that is strictly business-related (e.g., house corporation meeting with no fundraiser/solicitation messages) will be provided to the list of members who have opted in and opted out of receiving messages.

Parent/guardian information and phone numbers are never shared and requests for this information will not be considered.

If my request is approved, I agree only to use this information for the specific reason as outlined in my reasons for the request or as adjusted by Kappa Kappa Gamma Headquarters. I will not use this information for other purposes. I will permanently delete membership data from my device once the Fraternity business is completed per the time and use limits set by Kappa Kappa Gamma Headquarters in approving my request. I will use this member data in compliance with local, state/provincial, and federal laws. I will immediately cease communication with any member who requests to be removed from the communication and will share this information with Kappa Kappa Gamma Headquarters. I understand that I may not share this information with any other individual/organization unless specifically approved. I understand that if I violate this policy I may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including dismissal. I understand that if I violate this policy, I may also lose access to member data indefinitely.
