Anabelle Dillard

Anabelle is thrilled to be returning to Kappa’s staff as a senior Leadership Consultant! She is a 2025 graduate of Whitman College, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in history with a minor in psychology; she was also involved with theatre costuming and the speech and debate team. During her time in Gamma Gamma Chapter, she served as Panhellenic delegate and VP Standards. In her free time, she loves visiting museums, yoga, and finding the best spots for a sweet treat.

Hope Amend

I’ll be graduating from the University of California, San Diego this June with a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science and a minor in Technology, Innovation & Supply Chain. During my time in the Zeta Nu Chapter, I was fortunate to serve as Panhellenic Delegate, Vice President of Standards, and Chapter President. I’m originally from Chatham, New Jersey, as well as a member of the UCSD Women’s Lacrosse Team. In my free time I enjoy reading, yoga, exploring new places, and all things Disney!

Rowan Dawson

Rowan is from Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, and graduated from Butler University in 2025 with degrees in entrepreneurship and innovation, and marketing. During her time in Mu Chapter, she served as Vice President Membership and chapter President. Rowan is honored and excited to serve as a Senior Leadership Consultant and use her experience from the past year to mentor the new consultants! She cannot wait to be a part of this amazing team and continue working with collegiate members and Kappa Headquarters staff to continue growing Kappa Kappa Gamma and providing women with an amazing experience — just as she had in her four years at Butler!

Sophie MacFawn

My name is Sophie MacFawn, and I will be graduating from the University of Tennessee in May 2026 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a minor in Human Development and Family Science. I am deeply passionate about supporting others and aspire to pursue a career in counseling. During my time in the Epsilon Lambda chapter, I have served as an Owl Pal, Homecoming Chair, Mental Health Coordinator, and Chapter President. In addition, I am actively involved with Tennessee’s Active Minds Club, where I serve on the executive board, and I recently had the privilege of being a Small Group Facilitator for the 2026 Tennessee Future Greek Leader Retreat. Outside of my academic and leadership commitments, I enjoy baking, traveling, and exploring various arts and crafts. This love for reativity has led me to start my own needlepoint canvas painting business!

Ellie Kidd

Ellie is a 2026 graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies, concentrated in Health and Society, which is a fancy way to say Women and Children’s Health. She also has minors in Child Development and Women & Gender Studies. During her time in Eta Rho Chapter, Ellie served as New Member Experience Director and Vice President of Standards. She is passionate about making others, especially during their sorority life journey, feel seen, heard, and valued. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, skiing in the winter, travelling, and volunteering. She can’t wait to keep working with amazing Kappas this year as an LC!

Halle Smith

Halle Smith is a 2026 graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience with minors in Psychology and Entrepreneurship. During her time in Kappa Kappa Gamma, Halle served as Chapter President as well as Panhellenic Delegate. She is passionate about leadership development, women’s health, and empowering others to grow with confidence and purpose. In her free time, Halle enjoys staying active, traveling, thrifting, and spending time with friends and family.

Emerson Whittemore

Emerson is a 2026 graduate of Drake University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a secondary major in Spanish. She served as the Vice President Member Development, Vice President Standards, and Nominating Committee Chair in her chapter. She also represented the Zeta district on Kappa’s Leadership Selection Committee this past biennium. Passionate about advocacy and inclusion, Emerson participated in a variety of extracurriculars and volunteer opportunities related to community service and crisis support during her undergraduate career. In Emerson’s free time, you can find her exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, watching U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team (USWNT) games, and spending time with the people she loves. Emerson is thrilled to form new relationships with Kappas across the continent and continue serving the Fraternity as a Leadership Consultant.”
