Movement & Mindfulness: Barre3 Class
Find balance and empowerment in your daily movement. Get ready to move big, small — and everything in between — during our virtual barre3 class with Tiffany DeLorenzo, Oregon, on Thursday, May 7, at 8 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. MT.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Yoga mat or beach towel
- Clear space to move
- Weights (4-8 pounds), optional
- Water
WHAT TO EXPECT
Tiffany will guide us through a low-impact, full-body workout, including:
- A warm-up to get your muscles — you guessed it — warm.
- Lower body work, focusing on legs and glutes.
- Combo work, adding in arm movements with continued lower body moves.
- Core work.
- Breathwork that invites mindfulness and a moment for you.
After our workout and cool down, Tiffany will tell us about her journey into the fitness world, you can ask her questions, and we’ll announce giveaways.
MEET OUR HOST

Tiffany DeLorenzo, Oregon, is a barre3 owner and instructor, creating a welcoming space for everyone who walks through her doors. Early in her career, Tiffany worked in regional sales, traveling throughout the Pacific Northwest. While working, recovering from a chronic running injury, and navigating pregnancy with her daughter, Tiffany discovered barre3. She quickly fell in love with the workout’s challenging yet accessible approach and the emphasis on meeting every body where it is. That experience ultimately led her to entrepreneurship. Tiffany became the owner of barre3 Camas in Vancouver, Washington, in 2018 and expanded with a second location, barre3 Happy Valley, in 2022. She supports hundreds of women in her communities as they build strength, confidence, and a relationship with fitness that feels good.
