We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again: Communication is key!
Clear, direct communication and the ability to hold others accountable are essential leadership skills to put to use in both college and your career. Tune in and get insights on how to lead while maintaining respect and connection.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Designed with you (college-aged women) in mind, this webinar will cover practical tools to strengthen your voice, build trust, and foster mutual respect in any setting.
Guest speaker Christina Parle, an educator whose professional work is grounded in student conduct, student support, and sorority and fraternity organizational management, will walk us through effective communication strategies that encourage open dialogue and enhance team performance.
Plus, you’ll discover how to:
- Navigate difficult conversations with confidence and clarity.
- Set healthy boundaries (who doesn’t want that?).
- Reach shared goals through clear and kind communication.
