Angela Costley Harris

An accomplished organizational strategist, leader, and public speaker, Angela Costley Harris brings creativity, excellence, and good humor to every engagement.

Harris worked her way through several majors at Purdue University and received a law degree from George Washington University before landing on what she was born to do: ask questions. As a certified executive coach and certified teams coach, Harris helps leaders advance their mission, ambitions, and goals.

In addition to her coaching and nonprofit consulting practice, Harris serves on the board of directors of a biopharmaceutical company and as the chief executive officer of a private grantmaking foundation. She is also a former national president of Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity.

Harris and her husband, Alan, live in Michigan, where they work from home, perform in an acoustic band, and loudly applaud the creative pursuits of their two young adult sons.

Lori Hart

Dr. Lori Hart is a renowned educator, speaker, and advocate, celebrated for her engaging and authentic approach to leadership, relationships, community safety, and personal growth. With a career dedicated to inspiring individuals and communities, Dr. Hart combines humor, insight, and research-based strategies to spark meaningful change.

Known for her expertise in collegiate life, leadership development, and interpersonal communication, Dr. Hart has worked extensively with universities, organizations, and professional associations across the country. Her presentations resonate with diverse audiences, offering practical tools for building connections, fostering resilience, and cultivating inclusive communities. In addition to her work on stage, she’s also a strategic thinker helping organizations align philosophy, policies, procedures, and education strategy.

A passionate champion of empowerment and self-discovery, Dr. Hart has left an indelible mark on countless lives, earning her a reputation as a thought leader and trusted guide in the journey toward personal and collective excellence.

Dr. Hart and her family reside in Atlanta. She loves her family, her dogs, and her career.

Christina Parle

Christina Parle is an educator, thought leader, and consultant. Parle has specific experience in building effective systems, policies, and procedures, as well as curriculum writing and leadership education. Much of her work is rooted in conflict resolution, effective communication, and building cultures that promote and embody belonging.

Parle has served in various roles related to student and organizational misconduct, sororities and fraternities, and general student support. She served as the 2023–24 president of the Association for Student Conduct Administration and was the associate dean of students for Avila University. Parle received her bachelor’s degree in political science and criminal justice from the University of Central Missouri and her master’s in higher education with an emphasis in student affairs from Penn State University.

Parle lives in Kansas City, Missouri with her dog, Nugget; loves the musical “Hamilton;” and considers herself a TV show enthusiast.
