The future is female — and the future is Kappa. Women’s History Month is a great time to focus on the critical importance of gender representation. Last year, women accounted for the majority of college students in the U.S. and Canada. While the gender gap in education is shrinking, women still must join forces, fight for a seat at the table and champion gender equality.
