Update on Kappa Kappa Gamma's Delta Chapter at Indiana University

COLUMBUS, Ohio (July 17, 2021) Kappa Kappa Gamma has placed its Delta Chapter at Indiana University on probation following an investigation recent hazing allegations and the violation of Fraternity and university policies. Immediately after learning of these allegations in March 2021, Kappa Kappa Gamma, in collaboration with Indiana University, began the process of investigating these claims alongside university officials.

Kappa Kappa Gamma takes very seriously any allegation of physical, emotional or psychological abuse of its members and absolutely does not tolerate violence or abuse of any kind. Delta Chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma at Indiana University is one of our longest-standing chapters, yet we will not stand by while instances of violence or the threat of violence are perpetuated among our membership. The health and safety of our members are always our top priority. All members of Kappa Kappa Gamma commit to complying with our high standards of personal conduct. Any member of Kappa Kappa Gamma who behaves in an abusive or violent way violates those standards and may be subject to dismissal or other disciplinary action.

Kappa Kappa Gamma was founded 150 years ago on the principles of integrity, respect and regard for others.
