It's OK to Not Be OK: Wellness Wednesday, Episode 1
When stay-at-home orders went into effect in March 2020, Jessica Gendron Williams admits she was a little excited. An award-winning speaker on leadership development, Jessica planned to get ahead on blog posts, get projects done around the house and read the pile of books on her nightstand.
But two weeks into the quarantine, Jessica found herself crouched in her closet, hiding from her family. I am not OK, she thought.
In the first episode of the six-part Wellness Wednesday series, Jessica recounts this experience and shares the realization that it’s alright to admit you’re not OK.
Our worlds were turned upside down and we were all trying to figure out how to fit the pieces back together.
