TRAVELING TO THE FRATERNITY LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE

Attendees are expected to arrive by 5 p.m. ET on Thursday, July 24. On Thursday evening, groups of Kappas will be dining together around town. Kappa will reimburse your meal based on our financial policies, which allow $25 for dinner and require an itemized receipt.
Those attending the Fraternity Leadership Institute for the first time are invited to the first-timers’ reception at 7 p.m. ET.
The main event kicks off first thing Friday morning. After spending the weekend in Kappaland, we’ll all pack our bags and head home on Sunday, July 27.
Your flight to Columbus will be booked through Direct Travel during the registration process. Once your flights have been reserved, Direct Travel will email a copy of your itinerary. Please do not make reservations through Travelocity, Expedia, or any other outside source. If you do, you will not be reimbursed for your travel.
All registration cancellations must be provided in writing. The Fraternity incurs out-of-pocket expenses to manage, plan, and host this event. If a member cancels after their transportation to the event has been booked, reimbursement will be requested for the cost of the flight/bus/train ticket, and/or any change fees. Members who cancel after July 1 will also be expected to reimburse the fraternity $100, which includes other non-refundable costs incurred by the Fraternity.
Kappas who live within 250 miles of Columbus will drive to the Fraternity Leadership Institute. Plan to arrive by 5 p.m. ET on Thursday, July 24.
