As a holistic behavioral financial coach, vibrant lecturer, workshop facilitator, and values-based educator, Tiana brings more than 30 years of financial planning experience to her work.

Through one-on-one consulting and dynamic speaking engagements, Tiana has guided thousands of individuals and families through pivotal transitions in life —retirement and divorce planning to income strategies, wealth transfer, business succession, generational counseling, and even navigating major life celebrations.
Her true superpower is planning. Tiana has a unique ability to meet people where they are, envision where they want to go, and build a clear path to get them there. Tiana is the Kappa Kappa Gamma Foundation Vice President and has served as the President of the Tampa Bay and Tucson alumnae associations.
