OVERVIEW
Members may request membership lists for the purpose of conducting Fraternity business. The Kappa Kappa Gamma Fraternity Policies, Policy IX outlines the expectations for requesting membership lists and appropriate and inappropriate use of member data. Per the policy, Kappa Headquarters will review the request. Please allow up to two weeks processing time for review of this request.
If the request is approved, the member will receive a list with informal first name, maiden name, last name, email address and affiliated chapter in a spreadsheet format. Additional information such as mailing address, initiation year, graduation year, etc., must be specifically requested and will be considered based on the purpose of the request.
Any request for member data that is marketing in nature will only be provided to the list of members who have opted in to receive those types of messages. Any message that is strictly business-related (e.g., house corporation meeting with no fundraiser/solicitation messages) will be provided to the list of members who have opted in and opted out of receiving messages.
Parent/guardian information and phone numbers are never shared and requests for this information will not be considered.
