You may not realize it, but being a member of a Greek-letter organization teaches you a lot of skills you will need and use in the “real world.” Think practicing how to have a conversation in Recruitment was frivolous? Or serving on the sisterhood committee was just for fun? Think again! This webinar will dive into how you can take many of the experiences of being a sorority member and translate them to market yourself in your career and be a leader in circles beyond Kappa Kappa Gamma.

As president and CEO of The Center for Leadership Excellence, Jessica Gendron has spent the last several years studying successful leaders and workplace culture. With over 15 years of experience working in organizational consulting, leadership development, business leadership, and fraternities/sororities, Gendron is a respected speaker and thought leader for businesses, nonprofits, women’s organizations, colleges and universities, and inter/national fraternal organizations. She is the author of a new book titled What It Takes to Shatter Glass, which was released in March 2024. Jessica was named one of Indianapolis Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 in 2021. She earned her bachelor's degree from Eastern Illinois University and her master’s from Indiana University Bloomington.
