About the Fraternity Housing Corporation

8/1/2018

Established in 2018, the Kappa Kappa Gamma Fraternity Housing Corporation (FHC) was formed for the following purposes:

To promote the social, intellectual and moral development of the members of Kappa Kappa Gamma Fraternity, an Ohio nonprofit corporation, through the medium of organized fraternity life.

To support the housing goals of Kappa Kappa Gamma Fraternity by providing a variety of services and programs to the Fraternity, its chapters and local house corporations.

To acquire, finance, and manage spaces at which active chapters of the Fraternity can undertake their operational, residential and social activities.

The Fraternity Housing Corporation is led by a board of Fraternity-appointed volunteers and assisted by the Housing Department staff at Headquarters. The FHC strategic plan will be utilized as a roadmap for measured growth to ultimately provide support to both housed and unhoused Kappa chapters across North America, allowing them to focus on their chapter success through Fraternity operations.
