Fraternity Leadership Series: Emotional Intelligence in Leadership

3/23/2023

Join us for a virtual conversation with Dr. Thea Zunick on Thursday, March 23, at 12:30 p.m. ET. Emotional intelligence (EI) involves a variety of skills that helps people navigate the challenges of work, life, and everything in between. Developing your EI will help make you a better leader because you are able to inspire confidence, communicate effectively, and successfully collaborate with others in a way that sparks an emotional connection. Kappa Kappa Gamma volunteers participating in this session will have the opportunity to complete a self-assessment identifying the top three skills that they want to improve upon, leading them to become better leaders. EI shows up in what we do, what we say, and how we interact and relate with others every day.

This training is open to current Kappa volunteers.
