Calling all Kappa bookworms: Join us for another Fleurish book club event. We’ll be reading “The 21 Indispensable Qualities of a Leader” by John C. Maxwell.
Shanda Sartain, Auburn, has a strong desire to help others be the best version of themselves and found this book very helpful in her personal life. She’s looking forward to leading our virtual discussion about it on Wednesday, April 26, at 6:30 p.m. ET.
About the Book
In “The 21 Indispensable Qualities of a Leader,” John C. Maxwell helps readers become more effective leaders from the inside out. Maxwell outlines the essential traits of leadership, some of which are charisma, commitment, communication and competence. A leader should also have courage, initiative, listening skills, passion, a positive attitude and more. Throughout the book, Maxwell provides readers with practical examples so they too can develop leadership qualities and inspire others.
