The Application Process

Do you see yourself making a difference as a Leadership Consultant? Are you ready to shape the future of Kappa? That’s what we like to hear! The next step is to complete and submit your application, which includes:

  • Cover letter detailing your qualifications and why you are interested in the position. Please include a description of an experience in your collegiate career that has prepared you to be a Leadership Consultant.
  • Resume.
  • One professional reference letter. This should come from someone who can speak to your professionalism and work ethic, such as a professor or employer.
  • One endorsement letter from a District Director, Content Director, Content Specialist, member of Fraternity Council, chapter adviser, standing or special committee chairman, or member of Kappa Headquarters staff.

Please compile your cover letter and resume in one document and email it to kappacareers@kappa.org with “Your name – Leadership Consultant” in the email subject line.

Reference and endorsement letters should be sent directly to kappacareers@kappa.org with your name in the email subject line. As the applicant, it is your responsibility to ensure all materials are submitted before the deadline.

All application materials, including supporting documents, must be submitted by Jan. 5, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. ET. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
